Sandra is offering services to individuals 18 years of age and older,
Emma is offering services to individuals 14 years of age and older.

Couples Counselling

Sandra – $200

A safe and non-judgmental environment to reconnect, communicate, and deepen the roots of your relationship. The perspective and voice of each partner is valued, and the “client” is your relationship.

Areas of focus:

  • healthy communication
  • strengthening attachment
  • collaboration and decision-making
  • conflict resolution and repairing 
  • sexual orientation and gender identity
  • infidelity

At Resonance Counselling, we are 2SLGBTQ+ affirming, sex positive, poly inclusive and strive to be welcoming to all relationship dynamics and counselling goals.

Family Counselling

Sandra – $200

A safe and non-judgmental environment to reconnect, communicate, and strengthen family ties.

  • collaboration and decision-making
  • conflict resolution and repairing 

Sessions are 50 minutes.
